Main Street Breckenridge is where most of the shops in town are located. The town is split into North and South Main Street. The line of demarcation is Ski Hill Road. The main highway 9 parallels Main Street and is called Park Avenue.

There are roughly about 100 condominium complexes in the town to choose from. Most of the 1 BR and Studio units are strategically placed near ski in/out locations. The larger family size units for groups up to 10 people are normally located in Breckenridge Condos that are walking distance to the chairlift and town. The close proximity to town makes it easier to coordinate groups since transportation will not be required. The next tier of units are the Ski in walk to gondola accommodations that are located near the 4 O’clock run area.
