The walk to the Gondola is 350 yards. The condo complex has elevators in the complex. There is also assigned parking for 2 cars. The complex has Wifi access and has an outdoor hot tub in the complex. There is also a pool but it is only open during the summer. This unit had a nice cozy living room with a gas fireplace.
