Located adjacent to the 4 O’Clock Ski Run. Easy walking distance to Main Street.
The Four O’Clock area is a favorite with guests because of its proximity to the slopes and Main Street. Guests will park their vehicle and generally do not use it again during their stay. The center of Main Street is an easy, scenic downhill stroll. In the summer, Pine Ridge feels a bit more secluded, surrounded by trees, green lawns and the wetlands that run along the ski run.
This warm, nicely-decorated unit offers a great location on the Pine Ridge property. A short block-and-a-half walk will take you right into the heart of Breckenridge. This lovely unit has two bedrooms, a master suite with king bed and twin beds in the guest room. The great room has a queen pullout sofa fitted with a new commercial grade mechanism and mattress. The kitchen is completely updated including a new microwave and “flat-top” electric stove. Enjoy the crackle of a wood burning fireplace, good sun from the living room balcony or an evening catching up on movies on the flatscreen television.
Onsite at Pine Ridge there are 2 outdoor hot tubs, a fitness room, picnic area with gas BBQ grills, and a manager’s office which is open daily. There is also a 900 sq.ft. meeting room with full kitchen & fireplace available for daily rental.
Pine Ridge guests have access to the Upper Village Clubhouse with and indoor/outdoor pool and hot tubs.
