In the summer, the patio is shaded by beautiful Aspen trees, and in the winter the yard becomes a quiet winter wonderland. The interior of the house is cozy and charming. The kitchen is updated with granite counters and is fully equipped. There are two bedrooms and an upstairs bathroom with a claw foot tub. The attic is fondly referred to as the “Kid’s Club”, and includes sleeping for 5 and a Wii system.
